EK is a book that offers somatic and mental tools to consciously integrate one’s “shadow side” or unwanted, repressed aspects of oneself which can greatly increase one’s inner power, happiness and fulfillment in life. Join for a discussion of the book in April and or May followed by a workshop in June. $15-$40 sliding scale, no one turned away for lack of funds.
